What They’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of ground-up estimating experience.
• Background in sectors such as data centers, healthcare, or life sciences (desirable).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and support users of varied experience levels.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Willingness to travel for customer training sessions and industry events.
