Partnered with an ENR Top 10-ranked General Contractor delivering complex projects across healthcare, higher education, aviation, municipal, critical facilities, office, and sports markets.

• Accountability for GMP and Lump Sum preconstruction deliverables

 • Leadership of the preconstruction process from design through project launch

 • Collaboration with Operations on schedule, logistics, safety, and constructability

 • Ownership of assumptions, clarifications, and estimate quality control

 • Lead preconstruction meetings with owners, architects, and engineers

 • Management of preconstruction budgets, cost reporting, and value engineering

 • Integration of VDC, lean, and process improvements into preconstruction planning

 • Mentorship and performance management of preconstruction team members

 • Office or project-based role, not remote or hybrid

 • Up to $160k base plus benefits

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field

 • Minimum 10 years of building construction experience

 • Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, contracts, and construction methods

 • Advanced knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and cost control

 • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex workflows

 • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills

 • Familiarity with lean construction and continuous improvement practices
