Responsibilities
- Take projects from start to finish
- Lead and develop the preconstruction/estimating team in Northwest Arkansas.
- Work closely with owners, architects, and design teams to “muscle that project into what it needs to be.”
- Foster and model a highly collaborative, team-oriented approach
Requirements
- 12+ years of Preconstruction & Estimating experience across CM@Rick, Design Build and/or hard bid projects.
- Experience on Healthcare, Interiors, MOB, Retail, Light Industrial and K12 projects preferred.
- A trong interest in Preconstruction Technology is a plus, but experience with estimating software; Procore, and Microsoft Office.
