Partnered with an ENR Top 10-ranked General Contractor delivering complex commercial construction projects across the Midwest.

 • Support Lead Estimators and Preconstruction Managers throughout the full preconstruction lifecycle

 • Ownership of detailed estimates, budgets, and GMPs from concept through final submission

 • Lead value engineering, constructability reviews, and Target Value Design efforts

 • Participate in owner, architect, and engineer meetings during preconstruction

 • Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and trade-level estimating

 • Coordinate subcontractor bidding, pricing validation, and scope alignment

 • Utilize BIM and estimating software to support accurate estimates

 • Support lump sum bids and GMP development

 • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and development of junior team members

 • Exposure to large-scale, complex construction pursuits

• Up to $145,000 base plus benefits

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience

 • Minimum 8 years of experience in estimating, preconstruction, or construction operations

 • Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and market conditions

 • Proven ability to produce complete, accurate estimates supported by subcontractor input

 • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules

 • Experience in presenting estimate reviews and variance explanations

 • Familiarity with BIM-based estimating and industry-standard estimating software

 • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
