Requirements
Requirements:
- Construction-related degree
- 5+ years of commercial estimating experience with a general contractor
- Must be experienced in quantity take-offs.
- Experience in building relationships with subcontractors, architects, designers, and clients
- Excellent computer skills plus experience in using Estimating software
- Effective communication both written and verbal with co-workers, peers, and management is required.
- Must be local to the Atlanta market
