Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction from conceptual budgeting through handoff to operations.
• Manage client meetings, budgets, value management, and project cost reporting.
• Build and maintain subcontractor relationships and support bid-day activities.
• Coordinate with operations on budgets, schedules, and General Conditions.
• Lead preconstruction meetings, manage risk, and review subcontracts.
• Mentor and manage team members.

• 12+ years of construction industry experience.
• Strong GC estimating and preconstruction background.
• Strong conceptual estimating, budgeting, and client-facing experience.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Knowledge of construction operations, General Conditions, and cost reporting.
• Experience with estimating, takeoff, and Autodesk software.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
