• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - i.e. Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
• 3/4 years experience with a General Contractor.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess a drive for success, and strong problem abilities.
• Positive attitude and able to adapt quickly
• Resilient – able to adapt well in the face of multiple and sometimes shifting priorities and deadlines
