Our Client are looking for multiple Junior Estimators to join their award winning GC in Oklahoma City, OK. Our client are a leading full-service ENR top 100 and work on projects such as Healthcare, Education, Data Centers, Office Buildings and many more. The ideal candidate will have a love and passion for Estimating / Preconstruction. As Junior Estimator you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Estimators and the rest of the Estimating Department. If you want to work for a strong Preconstruction Department and have the Director of Preconstruction as your mentor then this is the role for you.

·  Preparation of scopes of work to support the estimating process.

·  Ability to comprehend front end documents e.g. specs, general conditions, schedule constraints.

·  Buyout of assigned projects.

·  Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the latest construction materials, pricing, and trends.

· Continuously learn all aspects of the construction field including procedures, systems, computer programs, means & methods, code changes, management techniques, etc..

· Have the opportunity to work within a Strong Preconstruction Department.

·  Construction Management or Engineering Degree

·  0-4 years Preconstruction or Estimating experience within a General Contractor

·  On site Construction Delivery exposure or knowledge

·  Excellent communication and presentation skills
