Responsibilities

• Take ownership of estimates from start to finish, from conceptual budgeting with limited numbers to detailed and complex estimates.
• Prepare competitive and negotiated bids.
• Develop scopes of work, solicit subcontractor bids, and award contracts.
• Perform risk assessments and constructability reviews on complex project types like healthcare, labs, and higher education facilities.
• Present confidently to clients and represent the company in a professional, client-facing manner.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to ensure scope, budget, and constructability alignment.

• 7–10 years of commercial estimating experience (Pharma, labs, higher-ed, healthcare strongly preferred).
• Ability to work independently without the need for training.
• Strong conceptual estimating skills and ability to manage detailed estimates.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with clients.
• Hard-working and dedicated.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common estimating/takeoff software.
