Our client is, highly reputable General Contractor based in Denver Colorado. Due to their on going success, are looking to expand their Preconstruction team and bring on a new Senior Estimator. They mainly focus on Multifamily, K12 Mixed use Public projects & Commercial projects ranging anything from $20MM-$120M+.
On Offer
- Work with a highly reputable General Contractor.
- Projects include, Multifamily, Commercial, K12 & Public projects with values between $20MM-$120MM+
- Hybrid role
- work on projects and develop your Preconstruction portfolio
Requirements
- Relevant experience in the industry is essential
- Self-motivated with the ability to hit the ground running and work with little oversight
- A passion for Preconstruction Technology
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
