Conceptual Estimator - Austin, TX

Our client, a large General Contractor with offices across the US is looking for a Conceptual Estimator to join their Austin office. This position will report directly to the Chief Estimator and will offer long term progression opportunities within the company. On Offer
- Assist in establishing preliminary budgets & estimates
- Prepare models from early conceptual designs
- Liaise and meet with vendors, subcontractors, clients and other project stakeholders
- Prepare constructibility reviews, system analysis and value management
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management or related field
- 7+ years' of commercial estimating experience
- Experience in projects across aviation, healthcare, education, hospitality of $10M+
- Experience in CMAR and Design/Build
- Proficiency with Timberline, OST, Bluebeam, MS Office
