Performing work from new ground-up construction across a diverse & complex portfolio of projects from Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Mission Critical, High End Multifamily & Mixed Use.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 4+ years’ commercial estimating experience.
• Strong former company tenure.
• Strong conceptual estimating skills.
• Experience with K12 and CMAR projects a bonus.
