Our client is an ENR Top 50 GC with a nationwide presence across the US. They work on a wide variety of the country's biggest and best commercial projects up to $800m+. Work alongside a strong team as the senior preconstruction estimator for all mechanical efforts from the Philadelphia office.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or other relevant.
- 8+ years of mechanical estimating experience on large commercial projects.
- Ability to estimate all types of building projects, including residential high rise, healthcare, interiors and education.
- Experienced in Conceptual/Schematic estimates.
- Possesses a knowledge of local mechanical contractors and suppliers for all types of project.
