Our client is looking to add an experienced Estimator or Senior Estimator to a growing preconstruction department. The client has a background in Multifamily, Commercial & Hospitality projects ranging from $10M -$60M.

This role would report to the Director of Preconstruction. You will perform as lead point of contact with the Client, Operations & Design teams. Having experience leading commercial preconstruction projects across all CSI Divisions.

• Perform as lead Estimator over a wide range of Commercial projects up to $60M.
• Build new & maintain existing relationships with Clients/Owners & subcontractors/vendors across the region.
• Train & mentor junior level preconstruction staff.
• Highly competitive compensation & benefits.
• $120,000 Base, Vehicle Allowance, Bonus.

• 5+ years of commercial estimating experience.
• Experience taking off all CSI Divisions
• Worked on Commercial projects up to $50M
• Local knowledge of subcontractors is a bonus
• Bachelors Degree in CM OR CE or related field.
