Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual and hard dollar estimating, including takeoffs and bid preparation
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and design documents to prepare accurate budgets
• Manage subcontractor outreach, bid packaging, and coverage on bid day
• Provide thorough bid scoping, RFI development, and value engineering input
• Oversee subcontractor awards and ensure alignment with scope, cost, and schedule
• Support client meetings, proposals, and presentations throughout preconstruction

• Multifamily project experience (essential)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of estimating or project management experience in commercial construction
• Proven track record leading estimates and bids on projects up to $25M
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with PlanSwift, iSqft, or Bluebeam a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
