Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates for industrial construction projects.
- Perform quantity takeoffs for concrete, steel, and site work.
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
- Identify cost risks and value engineering opportunities.
- Support bid preparation and proposal development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industrial construction estimating experience.
- Knowledge of concrete, steel, and site work scopes.
- Experience with Sage Estimating, HeavyBid, Bluebeam, or ProEst.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
