Our client is an ENR Top 400 GC with a strong presence in the South East. They have a large diverse project portfolio across Commercial, Manufacturing and Education projects. Work collaboratively with an innovative Preconstruction team rapidly growing due to a steady backlog of projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or other relevant.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
- Experienced in Estimating software: OnScreen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Sage and Microsoft office is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
