• Lead the full preconstruction process from design through budgets.
• Manage collaboration between owners, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Guide estimates, schedules, and constructability reviews.
• Support business development through client interaction.
• Mentor and support team members.

• Background in estimating, preconstruction, or operations with interest in leadership.
• Strong communicator with relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach.
