Responsibilities
- Lead the preconstruction team through estimating, scheduling, and risk planning
- Manage proposals, budgets, and conceptual estimates for complex projects
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and trade partners
- Oversee subcontractor prequalification and performance management
- Ensure seamless collaboration between preconstruction and operations teams
- Support project pursuits through presentations and client consultations
Requirements
- 10–15 years of combined experience in estimating and construction operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven track record mentoring teams
- Expertise in conceptual estimating, cost modeling, and market trend analysis
- Experience with design-build or negotiated project delivery methods
- Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
