We are working with one of Nashville's best established contractors to fill their Senior Estimator role. They have been around for a long time and are continuing to see success in Nashville as time passes. They focus on Commercial Ground up projects and would like to add a new Senior Estimator to their already strong preconstruction department.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Preferred.
- 4+ Years of experience as an Estimator
- Local Subcontractor relationships are a huge plus
- Experience across a variety of commercial projects/delivery techniques.
- Good Communication skills are essential
