Skanska is searching for a Preconstruction Engineer with early career experience in Preconstruction to support the rapid growth of the organization. You will work with and gain invaluable experience from both local and national resources in this role. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent/applicable degree
  • Up to 2 years of experience in Cost Estimating/Preconstruction.
  • Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products, BIM software, Skanska document control software, and Skanska estimating software
  • Broad understanding of the industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Functions effectively as part of a team; Collaborative
  • Keep project team informed on job progress
  • Contributes to Skanska’s sustainability efforts
  • Strong math/analytical skills
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines
