Responsibilities
- Produce budgets, including take-offs, subcontractor input, and proposal qualification.
- Prepare conceptual and detailed budgets from all design stages.
- Manage multiple projects at different development phases.
- Lead estimating teams during bids, ensuring scope coverage and accurate proposals.
- Oversee subcontractor selection, buyout process, and scope reviews.
- Coordinate with operations on phasing, logistics, and construction planning.
Requirements
- 10+ years as an Estimator or Preconstruction Manager with a GC
- Broad experience across all trades on commercial ground-up projects
- Skilled in scoping, budgeting, buyout, and subcontract awards
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage bids, and coordinate with owners/architects
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
