Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the preconstruction process, from early client engagement and conceptual estimating to bid-day execution.
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, operations, and business development teams to deliver winning proposals.
• Manage and mentor preconstruction staff while overseeing project schedules, budgets, design reviews, and value engineering efforts.
• Interface directly with owners, architects, and trade partners to guide project scope, pricing strategies, and design evolution.
• Ensure clarity of scope, constructability, and cost-efficiency across all preconstruction deliverables.

• 8+ years of preconstruction or estimating experience within a general contractor or design-build environment.
• Proven experience with industrial, manufacturing, or commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of all CSI Divisions, including MEP, civil packages, and overall design development workflows.
• Confident managing multiple pursuits and leading teams through preconstruction phases.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to clients and executive leadership.
