• A key leadership role guiding all preconstruction efforts across assigned projects.
• Direct collaboration with Operations on staffing, schedules, procurement plans, and site logistics.
• Ownership of all estimate development from conceptual through GMP.
• High visibility with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.

• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Preconstruction Manager or Senior Estimator.
• Proven ability to lead estimates across all project phases with accuracy and detail.
• Strong communication skills with owners, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience preparing comprehensive bid packages, proposals, and clarifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with trade partners.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to mentor less experienced staff and support team development.
• Confidence representing the company at external events and client meetings.
