Are you a Healthcare Estimator interested in working on Florida's newest $100m Hospital?

As Senior Healthcare Estimator you will report to the Director of Preconstruction and assist on a variety of large scale Healthcare projects. You will take the lead and provide conceptual estimates, value engineering & client facing services.
On Offer
In your new role as senior estimator, you will:
- Review specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
- Calculate takeoff of scope of work.
- Maintain database for estimate figures, including prices from suppliers through direct contact.
- Review design options and recommend best solution based on cost, engineering quality, or availability of materials.
- Work with the latest Preconstruction software tools to ensure best in class performance.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Construction Management or Engineering Degree
- 7+ years lead estimating experience on large scale Healthcare projects
- Proficient with a range of software including, OST, Bluebeam, Timberline Sage, Procore & BIM / VDC Knowledge abonus.
- Site experience on a Healthcare project a major plus
