Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for commercial and light industrial projects
• Lead or support hard-bid and select-bid processes
• Manage subcontractor solicitation and bid review
• Analyze drawings and specifications
• Work closely with internal teams and subcontractors
• Contribute to work acquisition

• Strong experience in design-build, hard-bid, negotiated estimating (hard-bid estimating preferred)
• Background in commercial construction, light industrial (preferred)
• Experience using Sage Estimating and Excel
• Open to GC estimators and subcontractor estimators (electrical, mechanical, plumbing)
• Ability to lead estimates and contribute to winning work (desirable)
