Responsibilities

• Lead bid strategy, estimating approaches, and proposal processes for assigned projects.
• Review drawings and specifications, quantify scopes of work, and prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Manage and maintain trade partner relationships and subcontractor database.
• Oversee preconstruction efforts, schedules, and coordination with design teams.
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior estimators.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience, preferably with supervisory duties.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, market sectors, and reading construction documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating software, and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams.
