Our client is looking for a Senior Estimator that can grow into a Senior Preconstruction Executive within 12 months.
As Senior Estimator, you will lead projects from $30M up to $50m yourself and work on larger projects as part of the team.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of commercial construction experience
- Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred
- Track record in projects from $20m
- Capable of leading hard bids, negotiated bids, and conceptual project
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
