With annual revenues in excess of $500 million, our client has a diverse project portfolio across private and public work including Healthcare, Light Industrial, High Rise, Mixed-Use, Multi-Family, Education, Commercial & Office.

- Perform as a preconstruction lead interacting with clients, architects, and designers
- Lead a diverse portfolio in excess of $80M Per project

Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of commercial construction experience
- Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred
- Ability to lead Preconstruction projects from $20m
- Capable of leading hard bids, negotiated bids, and conceptual project
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
