This client is a ground up commercial general contractor in Richmond, VA who are ranked among the ENR Top 200 list of GC's. They work on projects across a number of industries including Multifamily, Education, Hospitality, Medical Office's, High-Rise buildings & others.

In your role as preconstruction manager you will be responsible for the preparation of scopes of work to support the estimating process alongside managing a team of preconstruction members on projects ranging from $500,000 - $40m.
