Position Overview
The Estimator will support the preconstruction team in developing accurate takeoffs, scope coverage, and subcontractor deliverables. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid estimating fundamentals looking to step into a larger role and own key parts of the bid process.

Responsibilities
- Lead scope-specific takeoffs and cost estimates
- Own subcontractor outreach and bid coverage for assigned trades
- Negotiate pricing and draft contracts within assigned scopes
- Support the development of bid packages and bid manuals
- Contribute to historical cost tracking and internal database updates
- Assist with tab sheet creation and estimate reviews
- Make recommendations on software tools and workflows
- Collaborate with internal team members and attend scope meetings
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial estimating experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent (or relevant experience)
- Proficient with Autodesk and takeoff/estimating platforms
- Strong math and pricing fundamentals
- Excellent time management, communication, and attention to detail
- Ability to read drawings, follow directions, and work independently
- Comfortable working in a team setting and managing multiple deadlines
