Requirements:

• Construction Management or Engineering Degree
• 5-10 years Preconstruction experience within a large General Contractor
• BIM, VDC, OST and Timberline Estimating Software experience a plus
• Onsite Construction Delivery exposure or knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
