• As Preconstruction Manager, you will work directly with the Client, Design Team, & Preconstruction teams to ensure the overall success of the Project.
• Perform conceptual estimates, that hold up through the design phase, while providing value engineering throughout Preconstruction.
• Lead a diverse project portfolio including Commercial, Healthcare, Light Industrial
• Up to $120k Base, Vehicle Allowance, Bonus

• Experience leading various commercial projects through all stages of Preconstruction up to $60M.
• Excellent communication & team work skills.
• Local knowledge of subcontractors & vendors preferred.
• Bachelors of CM or CE or related field.
