Responsibilities
- Support the preconstruction team in Columbus, reporting to the Director of Preconstruction.
- Participate in estimating and preconstruction across multiple sectors
- Assist with pursuits and proposals, including occasional multi-office collaboration
- Contribute to bridging preconstruction and development processes
- Provide client-facing support as needed
Requirements
- 3–9 years of experience in estimating or preconstruction
- Experience across multiple sectors preferred (exposure to varied project types is valued)
- Ability to work on-site in Columbus
- Client-facing ability a plus, but not essential
