Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts from design through final construction documents.
• Manage budgets, feasibility studies, and value engineering analyses.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, and operations to align cost and scope.
• Prepare and present detailed cost estimates and proposals.
• Mentor and develop preconstruction managers and project engineers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of Commercial Construction experience, with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven success managing multiple preconstruction projects.
• Proficiency in OST, Bluebeam, and Excel.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
