Responsibilities:

- Review project scope and perform quantity take-offs.

- Develop budgets and bid strategies.

- Solicit and analyze subcontractor proposals.

- Prepare detailed cost estimates and maintain cost data.

- Coordinate with operations on purchasing and change orders.

- Build and maintain subcontractor and client relationships.

- 5+ years of Preconstruction or Estimating experience with a GC.

- Bachelor's Degree in relevant industry / field.

- Strong conceptual estimating and budgeting skills.

- Proficiency with On-Screen Take-off or similar software.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Preferable Extra: Familiarity with the local subcontractor base.
