Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of conceptual and detailed estimates across multiple project types (Healthcare, Education, Sports, Commercial).
• Develop and analyze quantity take-offs, subcontractor proposals, and cost data to build accurate budgets.
• Assist in managing preconstruction phases on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with project executives, operations teams, and design partners to establish phasing, logistics, and construction planning.
• Participate in subcontractor outreach and scope reviews to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Contribute to proposal preparation and support winning pursuits.

• 2–5 years of experience in estimating or preconstruction with a General Contractor.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and trade scopes.
• Skilled in quantity take-offs, scoping, budgeting, and cost analysis.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with owners, design professionals, and internal teams.
