Due to their ongoing success, they are seeking a Remote Mechanical Estimator to join their team! Their diverse range of projects includes; Commercial, Healthcare, Mission Critical, Education plus so much more!!!
The Mechanical Estimator will create estimates for commercial projects within the core markets of Biopharma/Life Science, Aviation, and Hospitality. The Mechanical Estimator will work closely with the local leadership tem, while supporting our regional offices.

• Join an already strong Preconstruction Team.
• Work with a General Contractor with an impeccable reputation
• Work on projects including - Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Mission Critical plus many more ranging to $300MM+
• Growth opportunities within the company

• 6 + years of Commercial experience with a heavy focus on HVAC
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred not required)
• Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Effective participation in a team environment.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of Onscreen Takeoff, Sage, Building Connected or Procore
• Ability to hit the ground running on large $50 Million + projects./
