Our client is an ENR Top 50 general contracting firm with offices across the USA. Well established in Nashville with a fantastic book of business. Projects include Government, Commercial, Hospitality, Industrial & more. We are seeking someone to work directly with the Preconstruction Leader and act as a senior member of the preconstruction team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or other relevant.
  • 5-10 years of estimating experience on large commercial projects.
  • Ability to estimate all types of commercial/ground up projects, including Government, Commercial, Hospitality, industrial & more.
  • Excellent communication whilst speaking with subs, clients, etc.
