Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret bid documents, proposals, and specifications for light industrial projects
- Prepare accurate estimates by scoping, tabulating, and analyzing trade partner bids
- Identify project risks and contribute to project approach planning
- Maintain and update cost databases with relevant pricing information
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and trade partners to ensure scope completeness
- Participate in project handoff and post-project review meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of estimating experience, ideally within light industrial or related sectors
- Strong skills in quantity takeoff, cost estimating, and bid tabulation
- Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Field experience a plus, design-build experience preferred
