Responsibilities
- Review and analyze RFP documents
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs
- Analyze vendor and subcontractor proposals
- Prepare bid comparisons and assist in pricing work packages
- Attend occasional pre-bid site visits and project meetings abroad
- Support wider preconstruction efforts across multiple active pursuits
Requirements
- U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Science, or related field
- 2- 5 years of experience in estimating (open to less for the right candidate with drive)
- Comfortable with takeoffs, pricing, and technical document review
- Strong attention to detail and interest in long-term career development within preconstruction
