Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates for mission critical and data center projects.
• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications.
• Analyze scope, risk, constructability, and logistics early in preconstruction.
• Solicit, level, and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing.
• Support bid reviews, value engineering, and project handoff.

• 3+ years of electrical estimating experience with an electrical contractor.
• Experience on data center or mission critical projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and power distribution.
• Proficiency with estimating software; Procore, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read drawings, manage deadlines, and work in fast paced bid cycles.
