We’re partnering with an ENR Top 10 contractor seeking an Agtek expert to join their preconstruction and estimating department. This position offers the chance to influence how technology is used across complex civil and infrastructure projects.

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in earthwork estimating, takeoffs, and modeling for large-scale civil or site development projects.
• Proven expertise in Agtek (subject matter expert)
• A self-starter who enjoys owning the modeling process and optimizing workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into actionable information for preconstruction, field, and design teams.
• Familiarity with additional estimating or takeoff tools such as Trimble Business Center, Bluebeam, or HCSS HeavyBid is a plus.
