Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the preconstruction, estimating, and business development teams to drive operational excellence and collaboration
• Partner with executive leadership to secure and deliver over $250MM in annual revenue through strategic project acquisition and client engagement
• Lead the preconstruction phase for a wide range of project sizes and types, ensuring alignment of budgets, scope, design, and construction methodology
• Direct contract negotiations and ensure stakeholder alignment through clear, proactive communication
• Support pursuit strategy, proposal development, and client presentations alongside marketing and development teams
• Maintain a strong presence with clients, consultants, and partners, helping to shape the company’s reputation and project portfolio in target markets

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in preconstruction, estimating, or construction operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity
• Proven track record of delivering preconstruction strategies for large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects, including projects exceeding $100MM
• Strong understanding of cost modeling, scheduling, and constructability across various project types and delivery models
• Excellent client-facing communication and negotiation skills
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to manage across offices and build alignment within multidisciplinary teams
• Proficient in preconstruction software, estimating platforms, and project management systems
