They are looking to add a talented Preconstruction staff member due to having a strong backlog of secured projects to kickstart 2023.

They are looking for a Preconstruction staff member with between 1-4 years of construction/estimating experience.

• Work on Commercial projects at the earliest stages of Preconstruction.
• Build relationships with vendors & subcontractors across the region

• Build skills to lead your own Preconstruction Projects

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience taking off various trades/scopes at different stages of Preconstruction projects
• Excellent Communications & relationship building skills
• Experience working on Commercial projects in excess of $1MM-10MM
