Responsibilities
- Lead multiple preconstruction teams across major pursuits.
- Oversee conceptual estimating and GMP development.
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, and consultants.
- Guide project strategy from early design through contract award.
- Mentor Preconstruction & Estimating teams.
- Support executive leadership with pursuit planning and risk management.
- Collaborate closely with operations to ensure a successful project handoff.
Requirements
- 10+ years of General Contractor preconstruction experience.
- Experience leading complex commercial projects exceeding $100M.
- Proven leadership experience managing preconstruction teams.
- Strong knowledge of conceptual estimating, value engineering, and procurement.
- Excellent client-facing presentation and communication skills.
