Responsibilities
- Lead public hard bid pursuits from strategy through submission, including full trade estimating and subcontractor analysis.
- Build relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to secure new work.
- Oversee bid day coordination, risk review, and final pricing strategy with senior leadership.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and post bid negotiations.
- Mentor preconstruction staff and coordinate closely with operations teams.
- Track market trends, subcontractor performance, and improve preconstruction processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in government and public sector construction.
- Strong background in hard bid environments, non negotiable.
- Experience delivering projects valued at $50M+.
- Ability to estimate all divisions with full trade knowledge.
- Prior leadership or team management experience preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
