Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction services and full-cycle estimating for assigned projects
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and control of project budgets
• Collaborate with clients and design teams throughout preconstruction
• Manage bid strategy, packaging, and alternates
• Review drawings and specifications for constructability and completeness
• Build and manage subcontractor and vendor relationships
• Lead bid solicitation, coverage, and analysis
• Prepare and review detailed estimates using Sage Timberline
• Develop conceptual and programmatic estimates using historical data
• Provide cost management solutions to meet project budgets
• Lead estimate handoff to operations teams
• Support RFPs, proposals, and client presentations
• Supervise and coordinate preconstruction team members

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 10+ years of preconstruction or estimating experience
• Minimum 5 years of recent healthcare construction experience
• Prior experience leading preconstruction teams
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience with Sage Timberline or similar estimating tools
• Field experience preferred
