Position Overview
The Senior MEP Estimator will lead the budgeting and design coordination of high-value MEP systems for mission-critical projects. This role is ideal for an estimator with deep MEP knowledge and a strong track record in large-scale, fast-track environments.

Responsibilities
- Lead detailed MEP estimates from concept through GMP
- Evaluate systems and propose alternatives for cost and performance
- Coordinate with design teams and advise on constructability
- Build and maintain strong trade partner relationships
- Present estimates to leadership and client teams
- Oversee junior team members and provide technical mentoring
Requirements
- 7+ years of MEP estimating experience (preferably on mission-critical or complex commercial work)
- Deep understanding of electrical distribution, mechanical systems, and redundancy planning
- Advanced proficiency with estimating tools and BIM coordination
- Strong leadership, communication, and technical writing abilities
- Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
