Our client is a growing regional General Contractor delivering complex commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, and higher education projects throughout Georgia.

Up to $145,000 base + benefits
Responsibilities
- Lead complete estimating efforts on projects up to $100M.
- Develop conceptual budgets and detailed cost estimates.
- Manage subcontractor bidding and scope reviews.
- Lead value engineering discussions.
- Mentor junior estimating staff.
- Present estimates to executive leadership and clients.
- Support preconstruction strategy throughout project development.
Requirements
- 7+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor.
- Experience leading commercial construction estimates.
- Strong understanding of conceptual estimating and GMP development.
- Excellent subcontractor relationships throughout the Atlanta market.
- Experience with Bluebeam, OST, Destini, or similar software.
